Buffalo Police asking for help locating 11-year-old – call 911 if you’ve seen her

Buffalo Police are asking for the public’s help locating a missing girl.

Missing from an address on Dignity Circle is 11-year-old Jalisa Powell.

She was last seen wearing a black North Park Academy shirt, black and pink bubble jacket and black and pink nike sneakers.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
