Totally Buffalo: How long have you been going to Dr. Dwyer?
A: I have been going to Dr Dwyer since 2004.
Totally Buffalo: What first brought you to Dr. Dwyer?
A: I made my first appointment with Dr Dwyer in 2004, but before that appointment I lost a filling in a molar. I took a chance and called the office that evening and Dr. Dwyer himself answered the phone. He was there late with his daughter going over some work as she worked on her homework. He said he would be there for a while so to come right in. He fixed my tooth that evening right then and there. ‘WOW, I thought, this is the kind of dentist I been looking for…one that cares!!’
Totally Buffalo: What do you think of Dr. Dwyer and his staff?
A: His staff is out standing! From Anna who runs the office, to Sandy his dental hygienist, and Lori, his dental assistant, you couldn’t ask for a better group of people to take care of your dental needs. And Dr. Dwyer himself – I have at times called him Superman! I mean this guy can fix anything and do it with such knowledge and expertise!
Totally Buffalo: Tell me a little about your dentist visits.
A: My dentist visits are actually fun. Yep, I said fun. Whether it’s a routine visit, or an emergency (“Please fix this now!”), I never mind going into see him. Why?? Because they all treat you like family. I was my mom’s caregiver for a few years, and just did not have the time to go in for my routine visits. Of course I ran into a few issues with a cracked tooth or a cavity and called to make an appointment. They took me immediately, fixed the tooth, and cared enough to ask how my mom was doing, saying to me take care of yourself and we are here if you need anything. That meant the world to me!
Totally Buffalo: What makes Dr. Dwyer the best dentist in WNY?
A: In my opinion Dr Dwyer IS the best Dentist in WNY! His knowledge and expertise in his field are outstanding. He treats his patients with respect, and kindness. He continues to add the latest technology to his office to give his patients the best care possible. Most importantly, Dr. Dwyer cares about his patients and that shines through so bright in his practice!
Totally Buffalo: What would you tell prospective patients considering going to Dr. Dwyer for the first time?
A: I would tell them to have no fear in going to Dr. Dwyer. You are taken in on time, with no frustrating wait time. His office is warm and inviting, as are his staff. He keeps up on all the new technology. He is a gentle dentist with a great sense of humor! Last but not least I would tell them that they will never find a better dentist and staff in all of WNY.

A: I have been going to Dr. Dwyer for about fourteen years, since I was 3 years old.
Totally Buffalo: What first brought you to Dr. Dwyer?
A: My mother was already a patient of Dr. Dwyer and was very happy with him and his staff.
Totally Buffalo: What do you think of Dr. Dwyer and his staff?
A: Dr. Dwyer and his staff are very considerate of my needs and wants, friendly, and accommodating.
Totally Buffalo: Tell me a little about your dentist visits.
A: Last week, I saw Dr. Dwyer to have two of my front teeth bonded. My procedure was efficient and pain free. I left with a beautiful smile.

A: Dr. Dwyer has an excellent attention to detail and takes into consideration all of the patients requests.
Totally Buffalo: What would you tell prospective patients considering going to Dr. Dwyer for the first time?
A: If you go to Dr. Dwyer, you will have an excellent worry free experience that will leave you with a gorgeous smile.
Laurie Grundner has worked for Dr. Dwyer for the past 17 years! She’s a Dental Assistant in the office and says working in the office is a fantastic experience.
Totally Buffalo: Why are you happily employed at the office? Why do you love your job?
Laurie: I am very happy in my job because of the people I work with and the nice work environment. Dr. Dwyer always listens to his employees if they have a suggestion or concern he will try to find a solution. We are like a family.
Totally Buffalo: How do you interact with patients?
Laurie: I work chairside with Dr. Dwyer so I am in direct contact with patients. You not only provide a service to people, you get to know and care about them.
Totally Buffalo: What would you tell patients considering going to Dr. Dwyer for the first time?
Laurie: I would tell people who were considering becoming a patient of Dr. Dwyer that he is a perfectionist. He is very good at what he does and he makes sure that any work that he does he is proud of the result. He is not all business. He is very personable and fun.
Totally Buffalo: What attributes does Dr. Dwyer have that make him the best dentist in WNY?
Laurie: He is compassionate and very approachable.
