Donna Lee Denz set up a camera in her yard to watch the birds that she feeds, “We have had raccoons, and a possum, which are very intriguing to our 2 rescue dogs.”
Her home, located at the corner of Rice and Bowen in Elma had a visitor on Monday night. It wasn’t a raccoon or a possum that stopped by. Nope. It was a bear. Can you imagine!
Donna is thankful there’s no damage to her home or yard, “Each morning we check the camera’s video library and this is what we found even though we do take in the bird feeders each night as not to attract anything that may be a danger to Nellie and Sophie (our dogs). Surprisingly, the bear did not do any damage to anything in the yard!”
