BREAKING: Thomas Jadlowski, the hunter who police say, shot and killed Rosemary Billquist while she was walking her dogs near her Sherman home, has been indicted. Jadlowski is charged with Manslaughter in the 2nd degree and hunting after hours.
The 34-year-old has pleaded not guilty. He had said that he believed Rosemary to be a deer when he opened fire.
Rosie Billquist is remembered as an incredible woman who always tried to help others. She was 43-years-old.
