Bring in the garbage cans, law chairs, Easter decorations and anything else that’s not tied down because there are high winds coming our way. At least that’s what the folks at The National Weather Service say.
They’ve issued a high wind watch from late Tuesday night through Wednesday evening.
The watch covers: Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Erie, Genesee, Wyoming and Chautauqua Counties. Winds will come from the west at 30 to 40 miles per hour with gusts up to 60 mph.
Strong to potentially damaging winds will be possible and could bring down trees and power lines would could mean power outages.
