It’s time for Penguin Days!!!! Enjoy group penguin encounters, and discover all there is to know about Humboldt penguins without the glass between you. The penguins will be on stage right in front of you to marvel at and learn from.

When: April 14 & 15, 2018

Time: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Price: Regular Admission Price, Members free

*Group Penguin Encounters are included with admission. There is no hands on interaction between guests and penguins.

This year the Aquarium is celebrating the penguin’s new exhibit, Penguin Coast! Spend your day in Penguin Coast creating your own “penguin painting,” treat injured penguins in the kid vet center, learn what it’s like to prepare the penguin’s food and take your photo with Beaker.

“Penguin Days is such a loved tradition at the Aquarium and this year it is even more special because it marks Penguin Coast’s one month anniversary,” says Richelle Swem, Curator of Animal Care. “Visit with Opus and her friends in their brand new home!”

Group encounters and activities are included with general admission. Event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. both days.

About Me

Welcome to Totally Buffalo! A local lifestyle website.

My name is Mary Friona-Celani and I am the creator of this site! I’m a wife, a mom, a grandma, a Buffalo booster, an entrepreneur and a small business owner. I’m so glad you stopped by.  After 20 years in the buffalo media, I went out on my own to tell stories about the people, places, events and all-around fabulousness of this wonderful place we call home. Buffalo is different and so is this site. We are here to share stories, encourage kindness, and help make this a better place to live.

We’ll help those in need when we can through our charity arm, Totally Buffalo Cares.

We help local small businesses, artisans and vendors though our events and our Totally Buffalo Stores.

We’ll do all of this with a little help from friends in our community.
