The Pink Cow Ice Cream and Eatery is a cool place – and not just because they sell ice cream. They care about the community very much.

They’ve announced a big change coming to their business. They will no longer have the ‘EATERY’ part of their business. In a statement, the owners wrote that it is with a heavy heart that they are making a change –  the eatery will close on July 14, 2018 (or whenever they run out of stock). They wrote, “As many of you know, Momma Cow had breast cancer and had several intense surgeries over the past winter. We are happy to say that Momma Cow is cancer free! Unfortunately, she has had some severe complications from the surgeries. Words cannot express how much we appreciate the outpouring of love and support we have had and continue to receive from this community through Momma Cow’s battle. However, because of this it is no longer possible for us to operate both the ice cream stand and food trailer effectively. We are going to continue to do what we do best, serving the highest quality ice cream around, with a smile! Starting July 15th, The Pink Cow Ice Cream will be open from Noon until 10:30 p.m. daily with our entire team serving our community with price. Stay tuned for updates on all the fun at The Pink Cow Ice Cream this summer. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your past and future business. See you soon at The Cow!  – Laura (aka Momma Cow) & Hanna

These folks are so generous, supporting some of our favorite kids – including Alannah and TJ! Let’s all support this wonderful business and stop in for some ice cream and a smile!

About Me

Welcome to Totally Buffalo! A local lifestyle website.

My name is Mary Friona-Celani and I am the creator of this site! I’m a wife, a mom, a grandma, a Buffalo booster, an entrepreneur and a small business owner. I’m so glad you stopped by.  After 20 years in the buffalo media, I went out on my own to tell stories about the people, places, events and all-around fabulousness of this wonderful place we call home. Buffalo is different and so is this site. We are here to share stories, encourage kindness, and help make this a better place to live.

We’ll help those in need when we can through our charity arm, Totally Buffalo Cares.

We help local small businesses, artisans and vendors though our events and our Totally Buffalo Stores.

We’ll do all of this with a little help from friends in our community.
