The folks at YMCA Buffalo Niagara celebrated the Bills post season play with their Drums Alive class – doing the #ShoutSong! It’s the Independent Health YMCA branch Drums Alive class. The rhythmic choreography is designed to enhance physical and mental fitness. #LetsGoBuffalo!
