It was very moving.
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center just launched a new regional television commercial during the Super Bowl. The spot is called “Ribbons of Hope.”
In it, cancer patients and survivors show their support for those affected by the disease by making a “cancer arm ribbon.” They use their arms to create the symbol.
Now, they are inviting everyone to join in… Whether you are a cancer survivor yourself or want to show your support for those touched by the disease, Roswell is asking you to join the fight – by tweeting, posting on Facebook or Instagramming your “cancer arm ribbon” using #RoswellStrong.
In the video, the arm ribbons match the awareness color of the cancer the person has or had. If you create one, no color enhancement is needed. We are connected by the symbol you make with your arms.
