We’ve all seen the outpouring of support for Officer Craig Lehner and it has been astounding and inspirational. Now, a local woman has started a petition on Change.org to rename the dog park in LaSalle Park after the fallen K-9 officer.

On October 13, 2017 the city of Buffalo lost one of our police officers due to a training accident. Officer Craig Lehner was a K-9 officer. He and his four legged partner protected the city of Buffalo. So I am petitioning the city of Buffalo if they can rename the dog park in LaSalle park known as the “barkyard” to The Craig Lehner Memorial Barkyard Park. Please sign the petition and let us show the city we will not forget our officer.
