We go to Disney on Ice every year and have been for many years!
I can say – this was my favorite one yet.
If I had to pick my absolute favorite thing about Disney On Ice, it is that the show changes every single year. It helps keep the little ones – and parents – entertained year to year!
Shows are updated with new characters, songs, and stories. Disney on Ice presents Celebrate Memories had plenty of new fun. The show centers on Mickey Mouse trying to figure out his favorite memory!
The Disney On Ice presents Celebrate Memories stage had a large screen set up on one end and they made good use out of it. They used video from movies and old shows to help tell the stories. This was a more interactive show as well – really getting the crowd involved.
This show featured the original cast of characters with Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy – but it also had all of the Princesses – including Moana! The first half was great and my girls (8, 5 and our niece who is 2) dancing in their seats. But the second half – let me tell you – it took things to another level – with Frozen and then – for the first time for us – Moana – which happens to be a house-favorite in our home!
Each song was a delight and you could hear the kids in the crowd singing their hearts out!
From incredible acrobats, to fire stunts and more – this show really is wonderful for kids – and us parents, too!
