Hey, Millennials! Welcome to Buffalo! And Buffalove.
We can’t say that we’re surprised with this new survey by Realtor.Com that ranks Buffalo as a top home buying hot spot when it comes to millennials.  Number seven in the nation!
In the deep-dive big data search, the researchers looked at millennial’s views compared to other age groups in order to understand which markets are most popular with the influential demographic.
By the numbers: Â 25 to 34-year-old millennials have a 13.4 percent share of the population in the Buffalo region.
The study found that millennials are generally attracted to the region for its affordability. And while there’s no doubt they might come here for affordability, we think they stay for many other reasons. There is so much to do here, so many opportunities. It’s beautiful, easy to navigate, and the people are everything!
I read a poll once that stated – 97 percent of millennials are extremely optimistic about what lies ahead for them. -There’s a lot of optimism here in Buffalo, too – so that seems to me like a pretty perfect fit!
