Justine Janora wrote a post on Facebook – asking Bills fans to write a thank you card and send it to the team!
She wrote: “Ladies, how about we send heartfelt “Thank You” cards to our team? We do many generous acts for other teams that helped us, let’s uplift our own! ❤???❤???❤??”
I saw it and asked why it was something she wanted to do. Justine’s answer was simple: “I have always been taught that you send Thank You cards when someone gives you a gift or their time. Over the years – phone calls, texts and social media has taken away the “Old Fashion Handwritten Thank You Note” which is a lost art that I treasure. I have sent them in the past for personal and professional reasons. The Bills have given us an uplifting gift of hope, spirit, Buffalove, comradery and strength to get through anything and I think the owners, players, coaches and staff need to be shown how much it really means to our community and Buffalonians near and far!”
