Russell Salvatore really does have a heart of gold. He gives and gives and gives.
He truly cares about the Western New York community and it certainly shows. Over the weekend, he spent time at the Miracle League Field on Grand Island which has been renamed in his honor. It is now called The Russell J. Salvatore Miracle League Field.
I can tell you first hand that the word they do at that field is nothing short of amazing. The games they play are remarkable and make a huge difference in the lives of so many!
I asked Mr. Salvatore in the past why … why all the giving – his answer is quite simple, “You can’t take it with you. It makes me feel good inside to be able to give back to the community who have helped me to become as successful as I am.”
A lesson for all of us!
Thank you once again, Mr. Salvatore. You are a true gem in this community and we are lucky to have you!

By the way – today, he’s out again. This time at the expansion of the ER trauma center which he also donated to. Amazing.
