Williamsville boy with terminal cancer wants Christmas cards and to complete a 4-item bucket list. Can you help?

Nine-year-old Sebastian Bradley has terminal brain cancer.

It’s just devastating.

The Williamsville family, while still coming to terms with this horrible realization, is hoping to make what they expect will be Sebastian’s last Christmas, the best one ever. They’re hoping that people from all over will send Christmas cards to the little boy.

They’re also hoping to complete a short but very sweet bucket list that Sebastian has come up with.

The first thing on the list is going Lego Land in Florida. Great news – they are leaving on Friday for the trip.

Sebastian also wants to go fishing.

And sledding – so fingers crossed for plenty of snow.

And  Sebastian very much wants to take a trip to Washington D.C. He loves Martin Luther King, Jr. and has always wanted to stand on the same place MLK gave his famous ‘I Have a Dream’ speech.  (The steps of the Lincoln Memorial).

Sebastian had been receiving treatments for his cancer, but recent tests showed that his tumor has doubled in size and the family has made the decision to stop chemotherapy. Now, they are focused on enjoying their time together and making Sebastian feel nothing but love. They want make lots of memories together.

Jenny Kaltman, a friend of the family tells me this outpouring of love means a great deal to the family, “It means the world to them that friends, family, and people they don’t even know are thinking about them. No one can imagine what they are going through but having the love and support of everyone helps. #SebastianStrong”

If you would like to send Sebastian a Christmas card here is the address:

Welcome to Totally Buffalo! A local lifestyle website.

My name is Mary Friona-Celani and I am the creator of this site! I’m a wife, a mom, a grandma, a Buffalo booster, an entrepreneur and a small business owner. I’m so glad you stopped by.  After 20 years in the buffalo media, I went out on my own to tell stories about the people, places, events and all-around fabulousness of this wonderful place we call home. Buffalo is different and so is this site. We are here to share stories, encourage kindness, and help make this a better place to live.

We’ll help those in need when we can through our charity arm, Totally Buffalo Cares.

We help local small businesses, artisans and vendors though our events and our Totally Buffalo Stores.

We’ll do all of this with a little help from friends in our community.

    page”?

You must be mistaken. The law firm is covering the D.C. trip. So it’s not already covered. They are covering it.

I have a friend that her niece, 3 yrs. old had a tumor in her brain, did the chemo which didn’t work. Roswell gave on her. They didn’t give up, they went to New York which removed the tumor back in Oct., She is now doing good, But it will take along time for her to get back to herself. Please look into it. I will find out the name of the place and get back to you with it.
