Olivia Gwitt just turned twelve. What did she want for her birthday? She wanted friends and family to donate to charity.
I know. Adorable!!
She is one generous little girl.
The little sweetie recently raised $350 for Kaely’s Kindness– a wonderful organization that helps teens with cancer with their unique emotional, physical and practical needs.
Kaely Kwitek – who started Kaely’s Kindness can’t say enough about this special young girl, “I wish everyone could meet Olivia. She walked by the Kaely’s Kindness space and knew she wanted to help. She collected cans and bottles and asked for donations at her birthday to help us. Olivia this world needs a lot more people with a heart like yours.”
We couldn’t agree more.
Olivia has been doing donation birthdays for four years now. Why does she do it? Here’s what her mom, Christine told me, “She said she does it because we all need to take care of others & that she has so much already…not everyone is as lucky as she is! People need to know that even strangers care about them.”
This little girl can teach others an awful lot about giving, “Olivia is very kind and likes to look out for the ones left out.”
Olivia is more than just a good citizen, she’s also a gymnast at Gymnastics Unlimited and an honor student at Frontier Middle.
Way to go, Olivia! We are so happy to be celebrating your giving spirit!!
This little gal is my great nrice and our whole family couldn’t be more proud.
Such a big heart for such a little girl!!!
