What has a bounce house, face painting, animal balloons, live music, amazing food trucks and local shopping all under one roof?
We are enjoying every single moment of this glorious summer so far – but we have to admit that we are also looking forward to our Fall Festival in the quaint and beautiful Village of East Aurora!
We are so happy that our friends at Dave Jeffers Entertainment will be on hand to make balloon characters and do some fantastic face painting! If you aren’t familiar with their work, check them out – they keep the kids captivated and amused!
We have many local artisans signed on as vendors for the event with their unique and custom made products sure to please everyone.
The venue itself is truly awesome! The Healthy Zone Rink has a rich history. On January 1, 2008, history was made in Buffalo as Ralph Wilson Stadium hosted the first-ever outdoor NHL game in the United States. The Winter Classic put the Buffalo Sabres up against the Pittsburgh Penguins before record-setting crowd of 71,217.
The Aurora Ice Association purchased the ice-making equipment from the NHL, and with the support of hundreds of passionate volunteers, private donations and corporate support, a tribute to this historic event is nestled in the Village of East Aurora. It is a beautiful venue that is totally covered but is open air and has an outdoor feel!
We will take over the rink on September 29th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. as we help raise funds for new locker rooms at the rink!
We are totally booked as far as vendors, but we do have room for a few more sponsorships. If you would like to get your business name out for everyone and show your Southtown Pride – let us know and we will send information your way! Just email firstname.lastname@example.org.
