Oh I can remember when my girls would watch the Disney Channel series Lizzie McGuire all the time. They loved it.  And Hilary Duff. Her shows, movies and music.

Honestly I have no idea what she’s been up to lately, but I do know she was spotted in the Buffalo area!!

Emily McIntosh was working in Chipotle on Walden when she spotted the star on Friday! When told she looked like Hilary Duff – the celeb sarcastically said she gets that all the time. There was no fooling Emily though.

Emily gave me a bit of a scoop, “She ordered a steak and cheese quesadilla, she was with her mom and son and was here waiting for a flight.”  Emily went on to tell me, “Her son was super cute, a little blonde boy and she was nice was came off as if she was in a very big rush to leave.”

Duff was apparently flying to California from Buffalo. Her Instagram shows her in Canada a few days ago, diving into what could be Lake Erie or Ontario – who knows!

Duff was nice enough to pose for a picture!  Emily said she didn’t seem to mind at all.

From the picture, looks like she stopped at Starbucks too.

Duff isn’t the first celeb spotted around the area – Comedians Rob Schneider, Adam Sandler, David Spade, and Nick Swardson got an up close and personal look at Niagara Falls on the Hornblower Sightseeing Boat earlier this summer. READ HERE.

About Me

Welcome to Totally Buffalo! A local lifestyle website.

My name is Mary Friona-Celani and I am the creator of this site! I’m a wife, a mom, a grandma, a Buffalo booster, an entrepreneur and a small business owner. I’m so glad you stopped by.  After 20 years in the buffalo media, I went out on my own to tell stories about the people, places, events and all-around fabulousness of this wonderful place we call home. Buffalo is different and so is this site. We are here to share stories, encourage kindness, and help make this a better place to live.

We’ll help those in need when we can through our charity arm, Totally Buffalo Cares.

We help local small businesses, artisans and vendors though our events and our Totally Buffalo Stores.

We’ll do all of this with a little help from friends in our community.
