Local charities team up to throw epic party for some very brave children

The only thing better than a charity helping those in need is seeing charities team up to help even more people!  That is just what is happening in Western New York – and it’s all for a wonderful cause.

Totally Buffalo Cares is teaming up with Sweet Buffalo Rocks, Making Memories That Last Forever, PUNT Pediatric Cancer Collaborative and Special Spaces to throw an EPIC, beautiful and fun party for some of the bravest kids in our community.

The celebration, Be Our Guest, will take place on May 21st at Salvatore’s. The children, who are facing or have faced pediatric cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, their parents and siblings are invited, free of charge, to celebrate their courage and bravery. The children sure do deserve a day of fun and at this event they will have:

-Professional hair & makeup
-Live DJ with music and dancing
-Full lunch
-Balloon artists
-Photo booth
-350 photo booth
-Face painting
-Candy bar and cookie table
-Princesses and superheroes
-Rescue puppies
-Crafts
-Swag Bags
-Professional Photos

We will also remember and honor those children we have lost. 

How amazing does all of that sound?

On Sunday, May 21, 501(c)(3) nonprofits Totally Buffalo Cares, Sweet Buffalo Rocks, and Making Memories That Last Forever are teaming up to host a beautiful event at Salvatore’s for children battling pediatric cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. These children, their siblings and their parents are invited to enjoy an incredible day of fun. The kids will dress up like princes and princesses, we will have a DJ, dancing, photo booths, face painting, rescue puppies & many more surprises! The girls will get their hair and makeup done before the event too. This free event is made possible by our giving community. It’s not a fundraiser or a gala…it’s an entire event dedicated to making these incredibly brave and heroic children smile.
