It’s Lauryn’s big day!!!

And after a full day of work by many volunteers – Lauryn’s beautiful bedroom is all finished.  She clearly loves it!!!

Enjoy your room, sweetie!!! Amazing work.

 

 

This is a big day for 13-year-old Lauryn Laskowski! Like most teens, Lauryn loves music! Her favorite color is sky blue and she is a HUGE fan of the Buffalo Sabres! Today, the incredible volunteers from Special Spaces Buffalo took those tidbits and made Lauryn the bedroom of her dreams.

The 13-year-old West Seneca girl is suffering from ovarian cancer. When kids are sick, they spend a great amount of time in their bedroom, so to have a peaceful place to call her own is a wonderful opportunity for sweet Lauryn.

Amazingly, this is the 50th room makeover for Special Spaces! ! A huge milestone for the local chapter of this wonderful organization! Way to go!
