We told you about sweet baby Diana last week. About how her mother’s phone was stolen from a lounge inside Oishei Children’s Hospital. The phone contained hundreds of pictures and videos of the baby girl who was born with a very serious neurological disorder.  Diana, at 3-weeks-old is under the care of Hospice.  She is surrounded by her parents, Jessica and Dana Seneca.

“Sweet little Diana was born with Holoprosencephaly & a cleft lip & palet. Holoprosencephaly is an abnormality of brain development in which the brain doesn’t properly divide into the right & left hemispheres. Because of the severity of her condition, Diana doesn’t have long to be here on earth with her Mommy, Daddy & siblings. She is at home & has a hospice nurse so that  she can spend what days she has surrounded by the people that love her.
Diana does best when she is held, because she has problems regulating her own body temperature. On top of that, Jessica just wants to spend as much time with her as she can.
I have created this Go-Fund-Me in hopes to provide some financial relief for the family. The funds will be used for any medical needs she may have. I am also wanting to raise enough funds so that Jessica can hire a mother’s helper to come in & assist to ensure they spend as much quality time together as possible. Diana has two very young & rambunctious older sisters. My hope is that having a mother’s helper for the big girls will allow Jessica to spend as much time as possible holding & loving on sweet Diana. This will allow her the comfort of kangaroo care to help with her body tempurature.
I would love to raise enough funds to help them when it comes time to plan services.”
