You like ice cream?
You like beer?
Okay, then. You’re all set.
We love celebrating all things Buffalo, especially when local businesses are giving back to an important cause. And that is exactly what this is all about!
Turns out the New York Beer Project and Perry’s Ice Cream are collaborating in a unique ‘mash up’ that will benefit a very, very worthy cause.
New York Beer Project will release a very special Panda Paws Porter on Memorial Day weekend! Yes. You heard that right. The porter is brewed to highlight all of the flavors in Perry’s Panda Paws ice cream. Like the ice cream, the beer will feature flavors of vanilla, peanut butter and fudge.
This will actually be the first in a series of three Perry’s Ice Cream inspired beers released throughout the summer – A Caribbean Coconut Blonde Ale is coming in July and a Pumpkin Pie Ale is set to be released in August.
Best of all, $1 from each pint of the Perry’s Ice Cream inspired ales sold at New York Beer Project will be donated to Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo.
Check out the New York beer Project at 6933 Transit Road, Lockport. Have fun and help the kids! Now that is something to toast to!
