East Aurora fifth grader raises $1280 by going bald for bucks!

UPDATE: Charlie is up to $1800!

Today, East Aurora 5th grader Charlie Benzin went to school with hair – and went home with a shaved head! All for a great cause.

Charlie went Bald for Bucks today. As his shave was almost completed the entire student body at his school – Immaculate Conception in East Aurora – applauded for him!

The photo below shows Charlie along with his sister, Sophia on the left – and her best friend, Bethany on the right. Bethany’s battle with cancer inspired Charlie’s effort today.

 

 

Charlie worked hard to raise money – and get this – the 5th grader raised a whopping $1280 for Roswell Park!

Way to go, Charlie!!!
