A TASTY TREAT
“Apple Of My Eye LLC was formed in January 2016. We are a Gourmet food company specializing in regionally grown New York State apples that are dehydrated to a crispy perfection, lightly dusted with Vietnamese Cinnamon and Hand Dipped in Belgium chocolate. All of our products are hand crafted in small batches using the finest ingredients & do not contain any added sugar, preservatives or chemicals.”
FRUITS OF HER LABOR
“The fruit comes from right here in the Empire State, “We use the freshest apples exclusively from New York State which is the second largest producer of apples in the country & offers more varieties then any other state. I would say we (NYS) know a few things about apples! We consult with local & regional growers to offer the best available varieties throughout our growing season.”
WHAT’S IN A NAME?
“Our name (Apple Of My Eye) was inspired by Psalm 17:8 (Keep me as the apple of thine eye, hide me under the shadow of Your wings) and we know it’s a perfect fit for many reasons. Our vision, it’s way beyond just selling chocolate dipped apples. We believe in giving and supporting local shelters, ministries and organizations that are making a difference in the lives of others and the community.”
ALWAYS EVOLVING
“We’ve learned a lot since we began operations in 2016 and we’re always making changes to perfect our gourmet apple quality & texture and bring exciting new flavors and products to our customers. We recently paired with other local artists & business owners to offer a variety of hand crafted products and expand our gifting & product line. Our Buffalo Gifting will be launched early summer 2017.”
