Everything you NEED to know about the Totally Buffalo Festival on May 25th and 26th!!!

So we are back – bigger and better than ever! This year, we’ve expanded our festival. It’s now two days and there’s more to do than ever before!!!
On May 25th and 26th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., we will be celebrating Buffalo and the start of summer in Western New York!!!!
We have 75 vendors there to sell their locally made merchandise! Local artisans who are the best in the business – there with their jewelry, towels, apparel, wood-work, home decor, hats, photographs, artwork, and so much more. So much amazing Buffalo-inspired merchandise from ALL local artisans. Shopping local is an amazing way to help our local economy.
The festival is a true celebration of Buffalo! From Buffalo favorite-foods, to local brew, live music, and all that shopping – it’s a great way to ring in summer and really appreciate our home! Here is some information for you!
WHERE TO GO
It all takes place at Buffalo RiverWorks, 359 Ganson Street, Buffalo. You can arrive by foot, car or boat! This place is huge! It is indoors so no need to worry about any weather issues. It is very open with loads of windows and doors that give you an outdoor feel – so we are set regardless of Mother Nature’s mood! If you get lost, just look for the Labatt Blue Six Pack (can’t miss it!).
WHERE TO PARK
There is plenty of parking in the lots along Ganson Street. They do charge $5 to park – we apologize in advance – we know it’s a bit of a bummer. We wish we had control of that. There will be parking attendants to help everyone get a spot. You can Uber, Lyft, or carpool! You can also park along Scott Street or anywhere around the casino and walk across the bridge! It’ll save you time and money!!
WHEN TO BE THERE
The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days. Everything will be up and running the entire time. IF your kids want to meet Buffalo’s Best Batman – he will be there Sunday only from 11-4.
WHERE TO GET TICKETS
Tickets are $5. Kids 5 & under are FREE. You can get tickets ahead of time and avoid lines or possible sell-out (anything’s possible :)). Buy tickets HERE. You can also get tickets at the door.
WHAT TO EAT – this might be your toughest choice of the day! GREAT options for some of Buffalo’s favorite dishes!
Our friends at Buffalo Riverworks will have food stations all around the festival to feed everyone Buffalo’s favorite foods. Chicken wings, chicken fingers, hot dogs and more! Our friends from The Pink Cow will be on hand selling ice cream and treats, too! In other words, come hungry!
There will be local beer and wine available, too!
LIVE MUSIC ALL DAY
The Totally Buffalo Festival is about celebrating everything we love about our area, including our great music. With that in mind, we are excited to announce our live music lineup! We’ve made a point of it to cover several genres to represent our diverse and eclectic music scene. We will release the lineup very soon!
WHAT TO DO
If you haven’t been to Riverworks, you’re in for a real treat. They have beautiful patios to overlook the water, a zip line, a gorgeous beer garden and much more. Walk around, relax, and celebrate our beautiful city! We will have two bounce houses the kids will LOVE. There will also be face painting and balloon animals for the kiddos. Adults, we’ve got your fun too! An incredible special-ops Obstacle course… if you think you can handle it! Plus, a jousting arena, basketball and football tosses, carnival games and a HUGE inflatable slide everyone will want to try! The best part is – all of that fun inside is included (zip-line OUTSIDE is not included) with your admission of $5. (kids 5 & under are free!!) No buying extra tickets… just come have fun!!
There will be visits from Buffalo Best Batman, Buster Bison and Sabretooth!!!!
And of course – SHOP, SHOP, SHOP! Great gifts for Father’s Day, graduations, first communions, showers, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and TO-ME-FROM-ME gifts! Bring your wallet!!!
