A Wonderful FREE Christmas Event For A Great Cause!!!! Help The Tabernacle Feed Those in Need This Holiday Season
‘Tis the season of giving and here is an amazing way to give back, make a difference, and feel great in the process!
The folks at The Tabernacle in Orchard Park are putting on a wonderful Christmas Production and they hope you’ll come, and while there, help those in need.
The event is Imagine The Wonder of Christmas, a fabulous production about the wonder of Christmas and the birth of Jesus. You can celebrate, sing, rejoice and help those in need all at the same time! The Tabernacle Christmas Orchestra & Vocal Team will get you into the spirit of Christmas with this moving production.
The Tabernacle reaches the community during the holiday season by assembling, start to finish, 1200 complete holiday meal baskets that are distributed to families and individuals between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
They are asking for donations of gift certificates, products, or gift items that will be auctioned during the silent auction. All proceeds will directly cover the cost of the outreach initiatives. All donations are tax deductible and will be acknowledged with a letter of receipt. Last year, the holiday meal baskets cost $36,000.
The Event: Imagine the Wonder of Christmas – A Christmas Production
When: December 1 at 3pm & 7pm, December 2 at 7pm – Free Admission
Where: The Tabernacle – 3210 Southwestern Blvd., Orchard Park
Doors open a hour and half before each performance for family activities including a silent auction, food trucks, family photo booth, 50/50 raffle, Pure Imagination Bakery, free holiday beverages at the Snowflake Cafe, Golden Ticket children’s game and activity area, live quartet, book & gift shop open house and outdoor Christmas photo opportunities.
For more information, you can send them a message on FACEBOOK.
They gave 1200 baskets last year, but with our help, they can do even more this year!
